Vietnam Visa Extension/Renewal Services

Currently, with the aim of meeting the demand of many customers would like to extend their stay in Vietnam, Vietnam-Visa.com has developed visa extension/renewal services for those who have been in Vietnam.

If you would like to extend/renew your visa (for the first time), please follow these steps:

1. Please send us your scan of your passport and the page containing your current Vietnam visa to our email booking@catbafantaseahotel.com . Then we will send it to Vietnam Immigration Department to check your information before extending/renewing your visa.

2.   We will inform you about the visa extension fee and whether your visa can be extended/renewed as visa extension varies for each case.

3. You need to bring these following documents to our office:

• Your original passport
• Temporary residence paper approved by the hotel where you live at or approved by local authorities where you live in (or ward’s Police Unit)
• If you are Vietnamese overseas or your current visa is separate visa, you need to prepare 2 passport sized-photos (4×6 cm) with a straight forward face

In case, you are in Ho Chi Minh City, please let us know your current address so that our staff will come in person to pick up your passport there.

4. Wait some days to get your passport back together with your new stamped visa. See the below table for detail processing time for each type of visa:

Important Notes:

• You’d better extend/renew your visa at least 1 week (for 3 months visa, preferably 2 weeks) before your visa is expired.
• Before you apply for visa extension, your passport must have 2 blank pages at maximum.
• We assist for those extend /renew visa for the first time.
• For tourist and business Visa, this visa extension/renewal is only applicable for 1 month or 3 months (single/ multiple)
• For Diplomatic, Official visas, and other types of visa should be applied through the official agencies or government or business sponsor or contact the Vietnam Immigration Department in person.

Instead of applying visa through VietnamEmbassy, all you need to do now is to complete the online application form and pay us. Within 12 business hours after receiving your payment, we will send you pre-approved letter with code for picking up visa upon arrival Vietnamat the airport (airport at Hochiminh or Hanoior Danang city)

After receiving pre-approved letter through email from us, print it out with 2 passport photos and bring it along when you travel to Vietnam.

Requirements

• Applicants must enter Vietnam by air to Hanoi, HoChiMinh city or Saigon and DaNang city.
• Passport must valid at least 1 month from the date of exit.
• Two passport photos size 4 x 6 cm.
• Paying stamp fee in cash USD at the airport when picking up visa (25 USD for single entry visa or 50 USD for multiple entries visa or 100 USD for 1 year visa).

Visa upon arrival is available for airport in Hanoi capital city, Hochiminh city or Saigon and Danang city
